Sonja serves as the Customer Service Manager and District Sales Manager for ARS.
Following graduation from Watterson College in Oxnard California in 1991, Sonja began working for Healthsouth where she served as a Human Resources Director/Business Office Manager until coming to work for Advantage in February of 2003. Having been a client for years prior to joining the team at Advantage, Sonja truly understands the needs and expectations of our clients.
As our Customer Service Manager Sonja's role is one that is not common among collection agencies. We take a proactive approach with our clients calling regularly to ensure that we are meeting their needs. Sonja is available to assist with any questions you have with regards to the accounts placed with our agency. This position is just one aspect of what truly makes ARS unique in our field.
As District Sales Manager Sonja is constantly seeking out businesses in need of a collection agency so that they too can benefit from our services just as our current clients do.
