Pam is the Collection Manager for Advantage Recovery Systems.

Pam began a career in collections over 25 years ago in Little Rock with SunTrust, collecting commercial accounts.

Since starting her career with ARS in 1997, Pam has excelled in several positions in collections and the legal department. As the Collection Manager she is available to assist our clients or the debtors with questions on accounts placed with us for collections. Staying on top of all state and federal collections laws is a number one priority for Pam’s position with ARS. She is constantly working with clients and debtors on credit reporting and identity theft issues.

Being a native Arkansan and raising her family in the area, Pam is very familiar with the area, the industry, and what is needed to help make your company successful in recouping unpaid debts.

Pam volunteers with the Partner’s in Education through the Fort Smith Public Schools.
