Laura serves as the Legal Department Coordinator and the Business Development Director for ARS.

Beginning her career as Customer Service and Credit & Collection manager with Dillard’s in 1988. After relocating her family to the Ft Smith area Laura was recruited in 1995 to assist Spark’s Regional Medical Center with their collection department, advancing to Legal Department Manager and finally with interim Collection Manager. In 2001 Laura was approached by Advantage to join their team in collections. She has served as a Team Leader and Legal Department Manager before accepting the position of Business Development Director.

Laura has volunteered in several community organizations over the years such as Girl Scouts, Women’s Shelter, and currently as a Partner in Education.

As the Business Development Director Laura’s role is to constantly seek out businesses that are in need of a collection agency that can benefit from our services. Laura is available to assist with any questions you may have in regards to company policy and all aspects that make Advantage Recovery Systems truly unique in our field.

Laura grew up and was educated in Oklahoma and Arkansas. She is familiar with our two state area and travels both states to personally reach out to clients as needed.
