Glen R. Cavallo
President and CEO
Glen has led service companies for almost 25 years. He started his career at Jersey Central Power and Light in Morristown, New Jersey and was promoted up to a regional leadership position overseeing billing, collections and customer service for over 200,000 customers. He then was recruited into health care where he served in a number of leadership capacities including COO of the Visiting Nurse Association, Division Vice President for Columbia/HCA Home Care, President/COO for Beverly Home Care and President/CEO of Medshares in Memphis, Tennessee. At Medshares, Glen was hired to “turnaround” the organization that had been in Chapter 11 bankruptcy for over two years.
Through the work of Glen and his team, Medshares improved patient care, cash flow and profits and successfully helped Medshares emerge from bankruptcy via a 363 bankruptcy sale in the summer of 2003. Over the years health care and utility collections were an integral part of driving bottom line performance in each of the businesses Glen managed and his move into the President/CEO position with Advantage was a logical next step.
Glen was named to the Advisory Board at Trevecca College in Nashville , TN and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Girls Shelter in Ft. Smith , AR. He has also served on a number of civic and community groups and committees. Glen is a graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh , Pa. and he continued his management studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.
